The figure beat analysts' expectations that Tesla would deliver around 23,000 or 24,000 vehicles, and came after Tesla missed delivery expectations in the fourth quarter. It also put Tesla on track to hit guidance of 50,000 vehicles to be delivered in the first half.

Tesla said 13,450 of those vehicles delivered in the first quarter were Model S and 11,550 were Model X.

    Live Long and Prosper
  • Yes, Tesla is really on top of the electric luxury car industry. People who buy it, love it. I believe that due to Tesla's constant expansion they will continue to succeed. They are stretching into many simialar markets as well.

They really came up with a great product and continue to invent more and more. They will do well lomg term
  • There are good indications for Telsa, but they are trading at very fluffy valuations with enormous expectations.  At the same time there are plentlyof head winds - hugh competition, Musk is diluting his efforts to many other ventures. Once we have self driving cars and transitiom to rent economy instead of car ownership, why would people even need luxury cars like tesla, when uber is just a click away.
It's kind of fun to do the impossible
